1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.

Non-returnable items:

  • Screen protectors (if opened)

  • Tempered glass and privacy glass

  • Charging cables (if used)

  • Items showing physical damage caused by customer

  • Clearance or final-sale items


2. Return Process

To request a return:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photo or video showing the condition of the item

  2. Our team will review and confirm if the item is eligible.

  3. Once approved, you may return the item to the provided address or schedule a pickup (if applicable).

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.


3. Refund Options

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, you may choose:

Processing time: 3โ€“7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

โœ” Product replacement

Depending on stock availability.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective, malfunctioning, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You provide clear photos/videos for verification.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


6. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind or incorrect order placement.

  • Y-MAK Store covers shipping for defective or incorrect items.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
