At Y-MAK Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will arrive.

1.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays & public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is processed.

1.2 Delivery Options

UAE Delivery:

  • Same-day delivery (Dubai only) for orders placed before 5 PM

  • Next-day delivery for other Emirates

  • Delivery fee: AED 20

International Shipping:

  • Currently not available

1.3 Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays

  • High volume of orders

  • Courier issues or incorrect address

  • Weather or uncontrollable factors

Y-MAK Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Delivery updates via WhatsApp / SMS / email

1.5 Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • The customer will bear any additional shipping fees
